Refunds & Returns
Welcome to the section dedicated to the return and exchange policies for Beakery products purchased on our site.
Our return/exchange policy implies compliance with certain conditions:
- Return/Exchange Period: Customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product;
- Product Conditions: To proceed with the return/exchange, the product must be intact and unused, in its original packaging, including any labels, seals and accessories, and the product must not be damaged;
- Product Defects/Damage: Any defects/damage to the product must be reported within 30 days of delivery;
- Hygiene Conditions: Products that have been opened are not subject to returns/exchanges for hygiene reasons.
Exclusions
The right of return/exchange does not apply if the goods are returned after the maximum 14 working days allowed for returns.
The right of return/exchange does not extend to the purchase of Gift Cards, therefore the amount spent on these products will not be refunded.
The right of return/exchange does not apply if the product is damaged.
Beakery, therefore, reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with the conditions.
To authorize the return, we kindly ask you to contact us within 14 days of the delivery date by sending an email to help@beakery.it specifying:
- name from which the purchase was made;
- customer address;
- order number and date;
- delivery date;
- description and quantity of items;
- reason for the return/exchange;
- desired solution: return or exchange;
- amount paid;

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered.
We may request a photo demonstrating the condition of the product before proceeding with the return/exchange.
Reimbursement
If you choose a refund, Beakery will refund the cost of the item minus any shipping costs incurred. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the payment method you used for the original purchase.
We'll send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued. Refunds may be withheld until Beakery has verified the condition of the returned items.
Change
If you choose to exchange, Beakery will provide you with instructions for returning the original product and shipping the new one. You'll receive an email with the new tracking number for the new shipment.
Finally, we inform you that returns are always the responsibility of the Customer, meaning prepaid and/or free return labels will not be provided.
If you have received a defective/damaged/different item than what you ordered, please contact us at help@beakery.it and we will work together to find the best solution for you.
Advice
Immediate inspection: Upon receipt of the product, we invite you to inspect it immediately to ensure that it complies with your order and is free of defects.
Storage of the packaging: Keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product.
