Shipping Information

For orders in Italy up to €48.99 (VAT included), shipping costs are €4.90 including VAT. If the order is equal to or greater than €59.00 (VAT included), shipping is free. These rates apply throughout the national territory, including the regions of Calabria, Sardinia, and Sicily.

Standard delivery times are 2-3 working days, but can be extended up to a maximum of 6 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

The reference courier in Italy is Poste Italiane.

• In the event of two failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's absence, the courier will initiate a 3-day waiting period at no additional cost. The customer must collect the package from the post office or SDA branch indicated on the delivery notice. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is invited to contact beakery's customer service by sending an email to help@beakery.it, providing instructions to release the hold. If no instructions are received within 3 days, the goods will be returned to the sender.
